Seems like a reasonable decision. Some people make a living from filing frivolous lawsuits. While this guy doesn't exactly fit that motive there has to be reasonable limitations in order to avoid abuse of the system, however flawed it may be.

I've only managed to read the first page before rolling on the floor laughing.
I'm surprised this ones not on meds, perhaps that's what the judge should hade done with him.

Not a find, surprisingly! I remember this fruit loop, as I've had many debates with this guy on some basic subjects. He touted himself as a genius, because he came up with the idea of mixing raw sewage with nuclear waste, thereby creating hydrogen for the new green economy.
