Good point. I don't always edit what I should, but I still don't take a favourable position on the Guardian article. How do you say F$uck you in French (ammuming it is more polite in French than in English).

What a joke, you know people are getting desperate with remarks like this because we wont commit to reverting to the stone age because of our egregious 2% worth of globabl emissions.

I guess not everyone has gotten the climatgate memo yet.

Oh noes. We get kicked out of an organization that frankly has little if any value. Boohoo.

Sickening but not really surprising. The viciousness and extremism of the British environmental movement is notorious, and the Guardian is and always has been a a far-left wing rag that is invariably over-the-top and self-righteous. Brtain is the epicentre of Climategate. And it was in Britain that the courts had to force Al Gore's propaganda film out of the schools after deciding it was a wretched piece of propaganda laced from beginning to end with noting but pure lies and hysteria.

I suppose it's hurtful to some, in the same way it was here when David Suzuki said Alberta should be kicked out of Canada. If this is the overall attitude of the British public, though, then I'd tell them to go elsewhere for help the next time some large and dangerous German fellows come knocking at their door. This particular Canadian, for one, will tell the lot of them to fuck right off.

Sounds good to me. They act like we're supposed to care. Can anyone here point me to one red dime we've gained from our participation in the commonwealth? Quite the opposite: it used to cost us.

I take this also as another opportunity to laugh at people around the world (often british or American) who seem to think as a constitutional monarchy we take any kind of orders or even hints of orders from the Queen. Quite obviously we don't. This is me laughing at you:
    "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA...LOSERS"

"suppose it's hurtful to some, in the same way it was here when David Suzuki said Alberta should be kicked out of Canada.

Hilarious he should say that since it's not even really Alberta who is calling hte shots with this issue. What a dolt.

    ROTFL

Anyways, as for any obscenities in French, simply add ''tabarnak'' at the end, that's it.

THe Albertan oild producers go through a great deal of trouble and expense to ecologically responsible as possible while they produce the oil that we use. It just is irrating to hear this from self righteous British tabloid; although the British people largely don't agree.

Canada leapt to the colours in WW I and WW II to support Great Britain. This should be kept in mind when the Guardian or anybody else suggests something as stupid as treatening Canada's membership in the Commonwealth.

We could reject the Brittish royalty too.
Let's stop European aircraft from landing in Canada also.

WTF was that? Is the CBC trying to take a Rick Mercer "rant" on their newscasts?
Maybe the CBC could host in Canada instead of such stupid news.

Good coverage of the protests of Iran though.

Kicking us from the Commonwealth would remove the Queen as Canada's head of state

Maybe we should expel the UK from Canada.
