Legislation to create a single 13 per cent sales tax in Ontario passed third and final reading Wednesday despite strong objections and delaying tactics by the Opposition.

    Well Ontario demonstrated that it didn't learn from its mistakes last election, I'm not holding out much hope for the next one.

    I'm envious. I wish our BC-MLAs had that much talent. .. or indeed, any talent.
    We might as well get entertainment when we get screwed.

    When non-English speaking immigrants to Ontario go to English classes, the first phrase they are taught is "vote Liberal". :D

    Given what Harris did to Ontario, that's sound advice to give to new Ontarians and old ones alike.

    Didn't the CPC put legislation forward to make this happen?
