Any celebrity flying the green flag needs glittering eco-credentials. But how do they justify the fleet of customised planes, the luxury homes and the posse of servants?

Aside from the obvious... Here's a guy who bought his own jet so he could fly it. Why does he need to dress up in the little pilot costume too?

It's no fun without the costume!

Bruce Dickinson--singer from Iron Maiden, who also flies the band's touring Jumbo Jet!

If I was wealthy enough to buy my own airliner to fly, they's be lucky if I was wearing pants, let alone a uniform.

Great post. It is no surprise to me that the AGW alarmists and the limousine liberals are not at all willing to reduce their luxuries all while demanding that us peons live an 18th century agrarian lifestyle.

Aside from the costume, I was struck by the number of "celebrities" going. Then again, I guess we need to know who our moral superiors are.

    Bruce Dickinson rules, man.

He also knows a lot about WWII tanks and such. Iron Maiden very good band.

Agreed 100%. Here's a guy who took care of himself instead of injecting himself full of poison and winding up dead.

Iron Maiden has some great war songs: The Trooper, Run to the Hills, and Aces High, for example.
