anyone that buys stolen property could have the property seized by the police so it can be returned to the rightful owner, and the rightful owner is not liable for the money that was paid to the thief.
He's basically created a market for stolen bikes, not good. A pawn shop can lose it's license and face fines if caught selling stolen goods, same should apply to this guy.
