Al Jazeera in Canada on brink of approval

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission is widely expected Thursday to approve a licence for international news service Al Jazeera English to broadcast in Canada.

I get Al Jazeera International here and I think it's a great, unbiased alternative to CNN.

Al Gebra is more useful for day to day applications.

What worries me is that there's been a great deal of CBC people going over to AlJazeera and I definately want to see the CBC her more centered, notjust the lefty group think they usually have. Maybe if all the closet commies can move, the CBC can get back to standard Canadian values, not imported Liberal ones.

same but I wouldnt say AJ is unbiased.

They are very biased.

As long as you know this when you flip it on, then it's ok.
