Als off to Grey Cup after overwhelming Lions

The Montreal Alouettes are off to the Grey Cup for the seventh time since 2000 after doing the expected by kicking the stuffing out of the B.C. Lions, 56-18, in the CFL's crossover "East" final Sunday afternoon at Olympic Stadium.
