JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) — A police officer testified Wednesday that a 15-year-old girl told investigators she killed a 9-year-old neighbor because she wanted to know what it felt like to kill someone

    Oh please jails shouldn't be safe. Prisoners should live in constant fear for their lives from both other inmates and the guards. Step out of line once and you die. No free room and board for you!

    I agree with you Korben. Her lawyers agruments are hollow.
    She threw hwer own childhood away when she murdered an innocent kid for no more than her morbid curiosity
