Canada's top court has struck down a Quebec law limiting immigrants' access to English-language schools in a politically charged decision sure to reverberate throughout the province.
The province's separatist opposition even questioned the legitimacy of the Supreme Court of Canada, asking how "a court named by another nation" could possibly be allowed to dictate language policy in Quebec.
Excuse me, your Canadians no matter which province you live in.
Followed by! "The Supreme Court, a court named by another nation, has once again hacked away at a tool that is fundamental for the Quebec nation," Parti Quebecois Leader Pauline Marois said.
Um, yah. You had your referendum and lost so give it up.

Sure, "a court named by another nation"... I guess that's why most justices were named by a Quebecer (Chrétien) and that 33% (3/9) justices are from Quebec while we only make 23% of the population of Canada !
is such bullshit, we let you in didnt we?. Say what you want i side with Quebec here, another ethnic group not wanting to play by the rules that the very same Canadians have to
Hmmm, I do have an issue with this. First off, if you want to emigrate to Quebec, you HAVE to fill out your paperwork in French. You HAVE to do a language test in French, to prove you speak the language. WHY would people who want to emigrate to Quebec, not send their kids to a French school? Just don't move to Quebec if that is such an issue...

*awaits the hate mongering*
I could see your stance if the issue was with them going to a punjabi or arabic language school but not for English, Quebec politicians seem to be the ones not wantig to play by the rules in this case though

Alot of them are using Quebec Immigration policy just to get into Canada via Quebec then eventually move elsewhere.

Just use the Notwithstanding clause. It is there for a reason
Pretty sure that's what they will do

Dont know if Charest will do it. If there was a federal election around the corner he might.
