A man who allowed a three-year-old girl to smoke cigarettes was today jailed for 18 months. Laughing and joking, Graeme Conroy, 31, handed the lit cigarette to the child and encouraged her to inhale it - with it all caught on camera.

    It's stories like this that make me think you should have to apply for a license to have children.

    I am glad that many of the people who are this disgusting are also blessed with the stupidity to actually video tape it.
