Don't worry leafs fans, the leafs lost there first 10 games in 1967 and look what happened that year. Oh wait, there we only 6 other teams then and you actually had NHL players on the team LMAO
And how would empty seats help the Leafs? And how exactly were they doing nothing to address their preseason shortcomings? What should they do right now to fix their problems?
"stemmer" said The best medicine for the Leafs would be empty seats at the Air Canada Centre but as long as seats sell why change the script...
The seats usually ARE empty. But the tickets have been sold, so it doesn't matter. You keep spouting this boycott idea, but you don't seem to know the reality of Leaf economics.
The best proven strategy for imporving an NHL team is finishing last or near last several years in a row and getting 5 or 6 top-4 picks. It worked for Quebec-Colorado and it's worked twice for Pittsburgh. Finishing dead-last for the next 3 years would be the best thing that could happen for Leafs fans.
Will the Leafs win a game before Christmas?
Do you mean....will the Leafs win a game before Xmas.....

Yeah, you're right, I forgot...they'll have to wait until 2011-12 to start tanking it for the next Lemieux, Crosby, Lindros.
