OTTAWA — Prime Minister Stephen Harper has sent a clear message to Gov. Gen. Michaelle Jean that she should not call herself Canada's head of state.

    He should cut her some slack. If it wasn't for her Canada would be in financial ruin with the Coalition of Clowns and Dion the dictator .

    I don't see why she needs to criticized over this. I have no doubt that many people would have made the same mistake. This will blow over.
