PITTSBURGH — Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, appearing to forget that his countrymen are generally known for their modesty, declared on Friday that his nation was the envy of the world.

    Might be for the better. Personally instead of being meek I'd like Canada to be known for tactfully showing itself off and promoting itself. Say we're the best when the time is right, keep a stiff upper lip the rest of the time.

    Lemmy, don't take it personally, I was just making a play on over-exuberance not being a stereotypical canadian qulity.
