The RCMP says Libyan Leader Moammar Gadhafi will need to surrender all security to the Mounties if he wants to visit Newfoundland.

One thing I've been wondering lately; why does he sill call himself Col. Ghadaffi? He's been the dictator for 40 years now, surely he's earned his crazy ass a promotion by now?

True I would think he would be a Field MArtial as well. The Colonel does usually make himself a collasal pain in the ass anywhere he goes.

Gadhafi is likely to touch down on Tuesday, where he'll likely pitch a Bedouin-style tent outside St. John's, as he did in New York last week while in town for a speech at the United Nations.

Why are we pandering to this clown? Why don't we let him refuel and tell him to buzz off?

At least a tent is the right symbol - it connotes a circus.
