Ignatieff was heckled by a small group of unhappy farmers about the single sales tax as the Liberal float passed by. John and Lee McIlwraith said they shouted at Ignatieff to stop the tax because they're concerned about the impact it will have on their c

Heh, some people think Barrie is North
Either way, McDipshit is getting a good dose of what average Ontarians think of him.
IT ain't the HST. It's the rest of the baggage that's gonna get shoved down our throats, yet again

It's the Canadian Press you fool.

I still can't understand why they would heckle the guy who's not in office, it's got nothing to do with him.

Take it from someone who actually lives in Ontario, McGuinty is a complete hack and deserves most of the credit for this HST bullshit.

Trying to blame the whole thing on the federal government is dishonest.

"I assured him that the Liberal Party of Canada is a party of government," Ignatieff said. "We don't rip up agreements that have been duly negotiated by previous administrations...."

Just like how the Liberals tore up the EH-101 contract, eh?

    Fuckin lying scum....

Ya right... do the research.. go back a few months and see how flawherty was on the band wagon and met with McGuinty to sell the HST ... do a little home work..
This tax will benefit the feds big time and if you don't think so ... do the research then you can comment on something you know about instead of partisan crap!

Oh..quite so. I've said many times, an HST would be a good thing. It's the add-ons McStoopid has thrown in that make it completely unpalatable. For example, the home reno credit the feds are giving..McGuuinty is taxing those very same home renos. He is using the HST to pull off the SINGLE largest tax grab in Ontario's history..and that's saying a LOT!

The asshole is going to beat the previous record and that record belongs to him as well!
