A spokesperson for Mayor David Miller defended the lack of earlier disclosure, saying the city didn't want to focus on just one aspect of the audited financial statements.

Anyone who votes for Miller after all the crap he put the city through, especially after this cover up, is a moron. He knew the liability to the city was actually bigger than what was believed and he kept is secret when it should have been presented to the unions as a bargaining chip. This is borderline criminal.
