    Hitting the sea to sky highway is starting a class war in Vancouver. I'm not sure that even the bycicle bolshevic wants to start that fight.

    It would make more sense to charge people according ot their odometer readings. Same with insurance rates. Right now they charge the same insurance for traveling 50 km a year as they do for 50,000.

    If someone wants to charge users, you can hardly call that Bolshevsim. Quite the opposite--that's a measure of privitization of what is currently almost a completely socialized system.
