    All cheap political tricks. The Libs want the bill passed quickly in the hopes the Dips will stop supporting the Tories. The Bloc wants the bill to go to committee to spend time there condemning it for being more directed to Ontario than Quebec.

    Nothing has changed since the Spring - lots of rhetoric, no desire to work together.
