In a week when he’s tried to buff up his own foreign policy credentials, Liberal leader Michael Ignatieff today called Stephen Harper’s approach to Canada-U.S. relations “amateur hour.”

And of course Iggy, being the good American that he is, would have solved this with one quick visit. Fucking spare me. At least ONE person in this country thinks highly of Iggy, too bad it's himself

Once again, Iggy needs to answer the question:

"If you were prime minister now, what would you have done about trade and this crisis that Mr. Harper has not done?"

Wake me when Iggy tells us what he plans to do if elected.

Specifically, he slammed Harper for failing to make progress against U.S. protectionism when the prime minister met with President Barack Obama in Washington today.

Harper “can’t conceal the fact that there are really no results here,”

Phffft. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE is smarter than that. What will be achieved with one meeting? Setting a date for another meeting is the most you could hope for. Also he dint wait to see what happens tomorrow.

Iggy knows better here so he's lying of course (but whatever. politics). If he doesn't know better then he's the amateur here.

What, pray tell Iggy, would you have done in your one hour with the President? Reverse one of his core policy standards? Yeah right. What a dork.

Still might vote for the bozo though if only he would give us a platform ...something besides this nonsense.

It is beyond comical, even for a guy like me that doesn't really follow politics. Liberals appear to be bashing the Conservatives for not protecting NAFTA, after they complained about the Conservatives for signing NAFTA.

    I don't get it.

    /m

This is coming from the guy who looks like the world's biggest horse's ass for trying to force an election that nobody - public, Tories, NDP or Bloc - wants?

I'm sorry Mr. Ignatieff if you feel that our Prime Minister wasted your President's time.

I think it's a good idea that Iggy should meet with his president. It'll be like old home week.
