Career sexual predator Neale declared 'long-term' offender rather than 'dangerous'

A sexual predator who plied pubescent street kids with food, drugs and money for sex has been declared a long-term offender.

He has been held in the Surrey remand centre since he was arrested at his Guildford apartment in Sept. 2003.

So let me see, he gets 11 years, with half time off for the time spent in jail (thats the way it goes, right?), so that means he will walk yesterday.

“I come to conclusion as I am satisfied that his age on release together with the options available under the long-term offender provisions are sufficient to reduce the risk that Mr. Neale poses to the community to an acceptable level,” the judge concluded.

Even if he is serving his 11 years fully, starting today, and then his "long term probabtion" of 10 years (which he will violate, since he has been a son of a bitch all his life) he would be 75 when he could start all over again.

Judge, my dear, people of 75 are sexually active. That you didn't have any sex since you got married, doesn't mean the rest of the world doesn't get it...
