OTTAWA — Prime Minister Stephen Harper on Friday marked the eighth anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States at the 9/11 monument at Beechwood Cemetery in Ottawa.

    Honestly, on this kind of thing Harper and Iggy are very similar. Iggy would have probably made a similar speech.

    Whatever we think about Harper and Iggy, they both believe in Canada and are both patriots.

    Good effort by Harper on this though.
