Police: Garrido was arrested in '72 rape case

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Another allegation of sexual abuse emerged Thursday against kidnapping suspect Phillip Garrido, when Antioch police disclosed he was arrested nearly 40 years ago on suspicion of drugging and raping a 14-year-old girl.
