Clinton speech attracts almost 12,000

Former U.S. President Bill Clinton swooped into the Canadian National Exhibition Saturday praising Toronto and Canadian health care during an hour-long speech to just under 12,000 people.

Last time he came to Canada he didnt have his passport with him, with the new legislation that kicked in in July. He had a hard time getting back to the U.S.
