Vancouver police warn of dangerous fugitive

Vancouver police have issued a public warning about a man who escaped from a Vancouver hospital psychiatric ward Aug. 25, was taken into custody Aug. 26, and now is being sought by authorities again.

Runs away on Aug. 25, gets caught and brought back then runs away again on the 27? How many times does he have to run away before they figure this one out?

It's unbelievable how incompetant you can get when there's never a chance at getting fired.
