SUEZ, Egypt — An Egyptian port official says a Panamanian fuel tanker has split in half and is sinking near the Red Sea entrance to the Suez Canal.

    You hear that? No Cardboard, No celotape and at least ONE person.

    The also do a great one reguarding a mining ship that's NOT firing sonic pulses under water and they happen across a whale that died of old age. Not the sonic pulses because they were out there looking for old whales because they might die of old age.. when they weren't firing their sonic pulses.
    They definately have the bueurocratic bafflegab down pat.
