Accused in Rideau canal deaths banned from speaking with children

KINGSTON, Ont. � A Montreal couple accused of killing their three daughters and the husband's first wife in June in the Rideau Canal near Kingston, Ont., have been denied the right to speak to their remaining children, a judge has ruled.
