"ASLplease" said i have always thought that having sex was about having a good sleep afterwards
Actually I guess that depends on the gender and what report you read.
Some reports claim that sex before going to sleep can make it more difficult to fall asleep due to higher blood flow, sweating, etc.
Then others talk about how the male tends to fall asleep more often then women after sex, mainly due to energy used, and hormones released after orgasm.
While at the same time, semen is supposed to have an anti-depressant-like effect on women which relaxes them and can also put them to sleep shortly after sex as well.
But it gets even more confusing when you throw in diet, time of night, time one has to wake up, and so on.
For example, going to be hungry can make it difficult to fall asleep, and having sex before sleeping while on an empty stomach would only amplify this effect.
So I'd suggest having a decent meal, relax for about 30 mins to avoid cramps, then have sex 30-60 mins before you have to go to sleep, and then sleep.
Then again, some may want to clean themselves up before going to sleep.... things can get a little cold and clammy after a few minutes..... unless you're one of those dirty people who get off on being messy and slimmy.... to each their own. Mind the smell in the morning.
Ahead by a head, or just head, or something like that.
What can I say? We're just dirty little beavers.
*slap slap slap* yeah, you like that? I knew you would.... you like it when I slap your dirty balls don't you? *slap slap slap*

I have always thought about a different end result than sleep....
End result after sex, or end result of going to bed which leads to sex?
If the first, what would be the end result from sex?
(Just curious, because I've been trying to visualize what you meant and is sorta vauge)
If it's meant to be vauge, then never mind.
