Harper visits Baffin Island's Pangnirtung

Prime Minister Stephen Harper continued his Arctic tour on Thursday with a visit to the Baffin Island community of Pangnirtung, where he reannounced $17 million already earmarked for construction of a small-craft harbour in the community.
