he was calling her from remand, got a two for one and is already out....
But yet a women kills her childs stuffs it in a bag and throws him in the dumpster and gets 1 year and a bit house arrest.
How's this one. 17 year old girl kills 52 year old family man. She pleads guilty to manslaughter and gets supervision.

I did actually read the article and he was calling her more then twice a day and as I said, someone like that should get jail time.
Personally, if someone is found guilty, I can see the time they already served being deducted from the time issued, but to double it so they spend no time in jail contradicts the entire legal system... they're guilty, why should they get extra brownie points?
It's another example of why I have no faith in our justice system anymore.
