    An old neighbour of mine was part of a crew our power company sent to the Cayman Islands a few years ago to help restore the power after their hurricane. They ended up staying for 6 weeks before they came home. So it could be awhile yet, hopefully that's their biggest problem.

    If I remember correctly, he was in Kaoshiung, not in the rural areas hardest hit.
