    With so much potential wealth at stake, the federal government has budgeted at least $109 million since 2004


    Geez, there's BILLIONS at stake and we've spent a whopping $109 million? Our government needs to get cracking!

    I gaged when I looked at that figure. I was expecting atleast half a billion. Think of all the jobs you would create in these difficult economic times with 500 million - 1 billion dollars committed to this project, jobs in the north all the better, because it increases our presence.

    Hell the present and past goverments have blown this part of the country years ago , it is time to get very serious about this area . Or lose it to someone else .
