Baitullah Mehsud, the leader of the Taliban in Pakistan who was long suspected to have been behind the assassination of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto, has reportedly been killed in a U.S. missile strike.

    Another example of precision air support.
    Sure, someone will replace him but the last guys early retirement will always be on their mind. Forcing them to be extra cautious slows down everything and now suddenly, this place isn't safe for them either.

    Agreed, and it's nice to see a US airstrike in the news that didn't kill civies.
