VICTORIA, B.C. - A U.S. fire-fighting expert says evacuating communities to escape forest fires is not always the right thing to do.

Lawsuits, if ONE person were to die in a town that didn't get an evacuation order, every lawyer in Canada would be getting together a lawsuit hoping to be the first to file
