A Vershire man has been accused of digging up his father's remains and bringing them home with him because he missed his late father.

    Prison... why? Send him to a mental hospital... I don't think he would do this to others... He's not a danger to the public. Let's keep our prisoncells for criminals... Poor soul...

    I agree, this is a mental problem and not a criminal one. I wonder if this could have been prevented if his father had been cremated.

    I say just leave the ashes with him and put him in therapy.

    It would be a miscarriage of justice to charge him with anything - he's not working with a full deck. Get him help and get Pops back in the ground.

    Although it's rather a morbid and illegal thing to do, I think it's more than a little touching that he'd go to that length to be with his dad again and I agree with the majority that this man needs phsyciatric help alot more than a prison sentence.
