OTTAWA - Prime Minister Stephen Harper will get a close look this month at Canada's efforts to beef up its military presence in the Arctic.

    He should be doing that and every PM who is in power should be doing that. The PM needs to show the world that this is Canadian Territory and Canada will defend it.
