^ Based on this report, it was the son who was attacked.

I'm not saying it was a justified attack, but what do you expect?

All legal crap aside and in regards to my own personal bias, I agree.

If you can't abide by our country's own laws, then don't come to our country in the first place.

well there is a packing order inside, you commit an offence against a child and usually the guys inside will make you wish you were never born. I agree this little punk is going to receive all that he deserves.

This is why our system works on a innocent until proven guilty basis and such jail house punishment while satisfying blood lust and knee-jerk revenge it rarely makes for a desirable thing.

This guy might also have ended up "getting what he deserves" long before he had a chance to clear his name.

The son may be guilty or he may be innocent. All we know so far is that he was arrested and people are assuming he is guilty. Guilty or not he deserves a fair trial and a chance to answer the charges not to be abused, tortured, or killed in prison. How sure are you he is guilty? Perhaps he was coerced into helping by the father?

If he is innocent and yet was mutilated by the inmates will the inmates then not to get what they deserve? Should the cops and jail guards who may have let it happen not also get what they deserve.

About a couple of months ago people were screaming about how barbaric the Saudis were because they beheaded and crucified a child molester/murderer. If the inmates did this to the young son what would the posts say then?
