Florida - Parents in Florida are complaining about a sculpture of a nude family outside a shopping centre west of Delray Beach.

    hopefully they never visit Calgary we have a giant nude sculpture of a bunch of nude people standing in a circle.

    Get over it people, it is art, its not like its a scuplture of a gangbang, or a giant detailed phallus. This is also from Florida, way too many prudes and bible thumpers out there.

    I can't find the picture/comic anymore but the last time something like this came up (nude statues causing offence) someone posted a funny cartoon that summed it up. It depicted a rather ugly and obese couple buldging out of their shorts expressing their disgust at the david like statue saying "egads, cover that up. Its filthy that I have to see something like that".

    It would fit in here nicely also.

    Yes, we all know that it is still politically correct to make fun of overweight people. they are the last group where it is socially acceptable to shun.
