This is just a couple of colonies. The Holden Colony, just down the road from here een has some members pictures in their business ads in the local newspapers and on brochures that they hand out.
if the hutterites consider the drivers license necccessary, then i dont understand why they would still consider posing for a drivers license photo as a willing act.

Those are the Amish. Hutterites are a lot like them, but they don't reject all modern technology. They just try to use it as little as possible.

Can't you identify someone based on the shape & size of their head and the shape/color of one's eyes?
Should be easy if they're dressed exactly the same in person as they are in the photo.
With these people, they don't wany any photo of any kind taken of them, therefore there isn't even the above to confirm who they are.
