Ald. Ric McIver has paid back the $450.07 he charged the city for dry-cleaning bills last year, after facing disapproving calls from taxpayers.

    Hmmm so basically he was forced to repay by calls from constituents.. Time these bogus claims were paid back.. there are too many politicians ripping off the taxpayer
