Officer shooting of suspect on Hwy. 417 not a criminal offence, SIU finds

Ontario's Special Investigations Unit (SIU) has ruled that an Ottawa police officer who shot and killed a man near Highway 417 and Walkley Road didn't commit a criminal offence.
