Helipads reopen at Alberta rural hospitals as Ottawa relents

CALGARY - Seven hospital helipads in rural Alberta that were closed last week will reopen temporarily after the province's medical superboard says it won a reprieve from Ottawa on upgrading some of the aging helicopter landing pads.
