Three injured in dog rampage

CALGARY -- Wielding a steel bar and a baseball bat, residents rushed to the aid of a man and two girls who were attacked by a pair of dogs running wild through their neighbourhood last night.

Agreed, theres no excuse for violent dogs. I have 2 large dogs myself, they are protective of the yard and the house, but overall very passive good family dogs. If I let someone in the yard or house myself the dogs are fine. I always warn visitors that I have large dogs and they are NEVER out free roaming the neighborhood.
