Weir sits third @ U.S. Open; Canadian Taylor makes run

The weather was far from perfect, but it was not bad enough to stop some players from starting their third rounds on Saturday at the U.S. Open. And the Canadians in the field made quite a collective move up the leaderboard in the second round.
