Hospital to charge Dieppe veteran $700 a day

OAKVILLE -- Paul Parkin has served this country well. At 23, he enlisted to fight in the Second World War, refusing to take no for an answer when he was first turned down because of poor vision. He returned with glasses and they signed him up.
