WASHINGTON -- Declaring North Korea a "grave threat" to the world, President Barack Obama on Tuesday pledged the U.S. and its allies will aggressively enforce fresh international penalties against the nuclear-armed nation

    The only thing the DPRK understands is force. Thying to negotiote with them in the past has been we will develope weapons make an agreement, get what we want then violate it for a new agreemwnt.

    The same is going on now. The only countries that do have some influence are China and Russia, but even they are being ignored.
