In an 8-1 ruling this morning, it overturned a B.C. Court of Appeal decision that had invalidated her conviction following her third trial in a notorious case that horrified the country

    It's about damn time this was over and Ellard can spend the time in jail she richly deserves.

    I'm glad there won't be a fourth trial. Bitch never should have had a second or third trial, what a waste of taxpayer money, my money goddamn it. Take responsibility you hosebag, you did it, you know you did it now serve the time. No more excuses. No more appeals. This has gone on for far too long.

    Her sidekick got away with barely any punishment (in exchange for telling the truth which should be told no matter what) and the others who took part in the pre-murder events got next to nothing. Poor innocent little things that they were at the time. :roll:

    A beautiful trusting soul was lost that day. Rest in Peace now Reena.
