B.C.'s largest health authority will have to pay millions back to the provincial government under a policy requiring health authorities to become carbon neutral by 2010.

It's bad enough that when he took over he cut healthcare drastically. Now in his zeal to appear to be the most environmentally friendly premier he's taking more money out of healthcare.
