Japan and China should also be very concerned.

The North also appeared to be preparing to test a long-range ballistic missile capable of reaching the U.S.
Does this mean as far as Hawaii or all the way to the west coast?

Hawaii, as of this moment, but honestly, the accuracy of these weapons won't be top notch, so they probably won't really be a huge threat to the US population. THAT being said, Japan should shit their pants

I would think their pants are still messy from the last time N. Korea got squirrely like this.
