This was put to rest long ago. We know Saddam did not help plan 9/11, and we also know he was a sponsor of terrorism who had a relationship with Al Qaeda. Are we still seriously arguing this?

That was one of the jajor justifications for the Iraqi war. He either didn't know and was mitakes or he deliberatly put out false information. It looks like he knew exactly what he was doing in 2004.

If Saddam, Cheney or Kim Jong Il both said something vitally important to the world, and you knew one of them had to be lying, who would you guess to be the lier?

Assuming of course Saddam was still alive, I would pick him last and the I would be torn between Cheney and KJL as the lier.

Given that half of what comes out of Dick's mouth is a lie and only 2/3 of what comes out of JKL's mouth is bullshit I'm going to go with Cheney as the lier. But it was a close call.

Cheney is too old for this. Why doesn't he take his few years left and retire ? We know since a long time that Iraq was not part of 9/11.

Cheney's dark ego won't let him. What Cheney needs to do is to go back to Wyoming and STFU. That or he needs to be arrested and extradited to The Hague for war crimes trials.
