It seems that North Korea is on a path of militancy which may just bring us once again to the edge of destruction.

A pre-emptive strike is needed, or perhaps the Chinese can be convinced to occupy the North.

I think both are needed. The strike and the Chinese.

A strong message has to be sent to North Korea.... If we wait it's only a matter of time before Iran be on-board... And we will not only have to deal with North Korea but Iran, Pakistan and whatever rogue nation full of punks....

North Korea would not be a problem IF GWB was at the helm.... He knew how to deal with punks & thugs...

There's no need to worry about Iran. They haven't threatened anyone lately, and they're about to elect a new president anyway. Hopefully one who is less willing to listen to the beligerant ideas of the ayatollahs. Pakistan has too many of its own problems to start fighting wars with other people.

George Bush didn't do anything about North Korea for eight years.

Kindly inform Israel that Iran's threats of annihilation of the Jewish State is nothing to worry about... 8O 8O 8O 8O

Pakistan is near civil war. Do you really want terrorists usurping the Pakistan government and controlling the nukes?

How many years ago was that? Have you seen any sign that Iran plans to follow up on those words? I haven't.

I seriously doubt anyone will let that happen.

For Pakistan, I'm pretty sure the nukes are the first concern and are well protected. I'm not sure but I think they have to work with other nuclear states to be sure that nothing happens. Just think of India and maybe China which are very close.

It's also quite likely that Kim wants attention again. Or the perpetual famine in the DPRK has gotten worse than it ususally is and Kim wants a bit of extra aid.

China needs to take care of its pet dictator. His constant whining and hair pulling is getting on the nerves of everyone else in the classroom.
